Evolve2Care kickoff meeting

Anthology Ventures is a partner of the EVOLVE2CARE program, which focuses on HealthTech experimentation practice to standardize and enhance the collaboration between Living Labs and innovators in the context of the Transitional Care sector. The complexity of medical conditions, the aging population, and regulatory frameworks are some of the challenges that are leading to a greater understanding of the value of experimental practices. Through the use of real-world settings involving stakeholders and end users, EVOLVE2CARE gives innovators access to services for testing and validating research and products.

In order to investigate the complexities, obstacles, and facilitators that the regulatory framework presents to the development and commercialization of healthcare innovations, the project focuses on three Use Cases (UC): i) hospital discharge management; ii) homecare monitoring solutions; and iii) aging population & care transitions. Stakeholders from all points of the value chain are involved in this study.

The kick-off meeting, which took place in Thessaloniki on October 30 and 31, 2024, was quite successful, and Anthology Ventures set the pace for the beginning of the program with the help of other partners like AUTH, VILABS, ENOLL, and SPLORO. We also discussed the most crucial points pertaining to our assignments and deliverables in order to keep everyone aligned. Thus, our efforts continue and develop the program’s primary goals.
